QSA Essential accounts will be automatically upgraded to QSA Elite after one (1) year from the date of account opening. However, the Bank reserves the right not to proceed with the upgrade if the account conduct is not satisfactory.

Customers may also request an early upgrade before the one-year period by depositing a minimum of RM20 via FPX from a bank account registered solely under their own name, subject to the Bank’s requirements.
