I'm a family member of a Be U QSA account holder who has passed away/in comatose/been declared lunatic. How do I get the Be U QSA closed?

For request to close an account due to decease/comatose/lunacy, we require the customer's next-of-kin to submit an official application to beu.communitysupport@bankislam.com.my.
Once we receive the official application, we will email a detailed instruction together with a list of documents that the next-of-kin must submit. We will also suspend all activities on the account upon receiving the official application from the next-of-kin.
