What does early closure mean?

Any closure/termination of Be U QSA within three (3) months from the date of account opening. This will be subjected to early termination fee amounting to RM20 and shall be debited from customer’s Be U QSA. Customer shall ensure sufficient amount is available in the account for the purpose of debiting the early termination fees.
