Please follow the steps below to reset your passcode:

2) Confirm the request to reset passcode in the dialog box.
3) Enter the unique OTP sent to your phone number.
4) Enter the unique OTP sent to your verified email.
5) Enter and confirm your new passcode.
All Be U users are allowed three (3) login attempts. If you fail to enter the correct passcode in all three (3) attempts, your account will be suspended. You will be required to contact us at 03-27790088 or beu.communitysupport@bankislam.com.my to lift the suspension.
