Alternatively, you may also reach Bank Islam Customer Care at 03-2690 0900 or email contactcentre@bankislam.com.my.

Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan sekiranya saya terlupa kod laluan saya?

 

Sila ikuti langkah di bawah untuk menetapkan semula kod laluan anda:

1) Klik 'Lupa Kod Laluan' pada skrin log masuk.

2) Sahkan permintaan untuk menetapkan semula kod laluan dalam kotak dialog.

3) Masukkan OTP unik yang dihantar ke nombor telefon anda

4) Masukkan OTP unik yang dihantar ke alamat e-mel anda yang telah disahkan.

5) Masukkan dan sahkan kod laluan baharu anda.

 

Semua pengguna Be U hanya dibenarkan tiga (3) percubaan log masuk. Jika anda gagal memasukkan kod laluan yang betul dalam kesemua tiga (3) percubaan, akaun anda akan disekat. Anda perlu menghubungi kami di talian 03-27790088 atau beu.communitysupport@bankislam.com.my untuk membatalkan sekatan.
