If I changed telco and keep the same phone number, do I need to update Be U?

If you still retain the existing phone number registered with us, despite changing telco provider, SMS OTP will still be delivered to you. However, should you encounter any failure or delay in getting your SMS OTP, please reach out to your new telco provider and report the delay.
