What should I do if I lost my mobile phone?

Other individuals cannot access your Be U account without your user ID and passcode and/or biometric. For security reasons, please do not store any account information or passcode in your device.
However, if you feel your login credentials may have been compromised, please contact our Be U Community Support at 03-27790088 immediately.
